Own professional-grade hand tools (specialty tools provided)

Job Responsibility

Lead full kitchen cabinet installations (new cabinets + refacing projects)
Execute high-level finish carpentry: Mitered trim & molding, Crown molding, Scribing to walls/ceilings, Custom fillers, panels, and modifications
Read plans, elevations, and take precise measurements
Problem-solve real-world site conditions (out-of-square walls, uneven floors)
Direct and mentor installers/helpers
Communicate clearly with homeowners and project managers
Maintain a clean, professional job site
Inspect work for accuracy and craftsmanship before sign-off
