Requirements

2-5 years of finish carpentry experience or cabinet installation in kitchens
Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering top-quality work the first time
Eagerness to develop skills in cabinet refacing, installation and finish carpentry
Experience using power tools (table saw, miter saw, router, nail guns) and hand tools, and a willingness to learn advanced techniques
Professional attitude with excellent customer communication skills
Ability to follow direction, take feedback, and take pride in your work
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check and adhere to our drug-free workplace policy
