Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated Cabinet Installer / Home Finisher to join our team in Sussex, New Brunswick. This is a hands-on role focused on installing kitchens and completing interior finishing work to a high standard of quality and consistency. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys precision work, takes pride in clean finishes, and wants the stability of indoor, year-round construction without travel between job sites.

Job Responsibility:

  • Installing kitchen cabinets, countertops, islands, and hardware
  • Installing interior trim, doors, baseboards, and finishing details
  • Reading drawings and work instructions to ensure accurate installation
  • Measuring, leveling, fastening, and adjusting cabinetry and components
  • Using hand tools and power tools (saws, drills, nailers, levels, etc.)
  • Completing touch-ups, adjustments, and final fit-and-finish work
  • Working alongside carpenters, electricians, and other production teams
  • Identifying deficiencies or defects and correcting them as required
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Following production schedules and quality standards

Requirements:

  • Experience installing kitchens, cabinetry, or interior finishing in residential construction or manufacturing
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in finishing work
  • Comfortable working with measurements, layouts, and drawings
  • Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
  • Experience using hand and power tools safely
