Job Description

We are hiring an experienced cabinet finisher who consistently produces furniture-grade results. This is not a production painter role, it is an elite in home finishing craftsman position. We are looking for a skilled spray technician with experience in cabinet staining and cabinet painting at a high level. We are building the premier cabinet finishing team in Northern Utah. If you take pride in elite-level results, we want to hear from you.

Job Responsibility

  • Spray cabinet paint and stain systems (in shop and in-home)
  • Prep surfaces and protect non-coated areas to achieve the highest quality result
  • Perform re-stain and color matching
  • Deliver flawless, smooth finishes
  • Maintain spray equipment and finishing systems
  • Train and mentor team members
  • Efficiently produce the highest quality finishes while working alone or while leading a team
  • Assist with cabinet refacing, installation, and related work when needed

Requirements

  • Proven experience spraying high-end cabinet finishes
  • Strong knowledge of stains, wood species, and color control
  • Ability to consistently produce top-quality results efficiently
  • Professional communication with homeowners
  • Clean driving record
