Job Description:

This role is responsible for ensuring passenger are welcomed aboard our clean, fully stocked aircraft. This role has a critical impact on customer satisfaction and comfort.

Job Responsibility:

  • Clean all areas inside our aircrafts
  • Stock the aircraft with appropriate inventory
  • Ensure food safety and security regulations are adhered to during storage and transfer
  • Working as a team to exceed our impeccable standards of cleanliness and preparedness
  • Transport freight between aircraft and airport warehouse

Requirements:

  • Have a valid Drivers License
  • Physically fit and able to lift up to 70 pounds
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
