Apply brand and design governance to ensure consistency across all projects
Maintain decision logs and support compliance with agreed standards

Experience translating customer insight and brand vision into practical design solutions
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confident communicator, comfortable working across multiple teams
A proactive, solutions-focused approach in a project environment
Nice to have:
Experience supporting build projects in hospitality, leisure, or tourism
Familiarity with governance frameworks and cross-functional project delivery
Experience considering budgets, cost trade-offs, or value engineering
Exposure to FF&E sourcing, specifications, or supplier liaison
