Ryanair Groups fantastic low fares are expanding in Albania and we are looking for enthusatic and hardworking individuals to work from our brand new Tirana base! We are currently recruiting for Cabin Crew positions for one of our many bases and would be delighted to meet you at one of our In-Person Recruitment Days! No prior experience is necessary as all successful candidates will undergo a comprehensive 6 week training course before joining the 16K+ Cabin Crew members across Ryanair’s network of 90+ who deliver best in class customer service to over 600K guests on over 3,700 flights EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! Job Responsibility:

  • Deliver best in class customer service
  • Operate both early & late shifts
  • Report for duty as early as 5am on the early roster & not return home until midnight on the afternoon roster
  • Work in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:

  • Hold the unrestricted right to live and work in Albania and/or travel freely throughout the Ryanair Network
  • Be approximately between 5'2 (157 cm) and 6'2 (188 cm) in height
  • Be able to swim 25 meters unaided, and supporting someone else
  • Hardworking, flexible and have an outgoing and friendly personality
  • Adaptable and happy to work a shift roster
  • Enjoy dealing with the public and have the ability to provide excellent customer service with a 'can do' attitude
  • Comfortable speaking and writing in English with the ability to successfully pass an English Language Assessment
  • A passion for travelling and meeting new people
