Job Description:

As a Cabin Crew Specialist, you will manage IT-related activities such as strategic planning, IT project oversight, and optimisation of back-office IT processes. Key responsibilities include handling iPad-related disruptions, managing data in the Vector system, facilitating collaboration with InfoTec, preparing communication materials for Cabin Crew, and supporting recruitment and training.

Job Responsibility:

  • Review, analysis, and processing of IT Cabin and IQSMS reports
  • support and development of various IT projects
  • point of contact and support for iOS updates, UATs, bug fixing, app releases, iPad distribution, rollouts, MDM support, and 2nd-level iPad support
  • administrative tasks in the back-office system
  • processing in the back-office system Vector
  • close collaboration and exchange with various departments and InfoTec
  • support for social partner preparation and follow-up
  • creation and provision of Cabin Crew communications
  • support for efficient mailbox handling and telephone availability
  • support in recruitment, seasonal selection, and potential development measures for Cabin Crew
