We’re looking for experienced, people‑focused Cabin Crew Operations Managers to join the team at a time of high operational demand and change. This role plays a key part in keeping our operation running safely and smoothly. You’ll be responsible for supporting cabin crew across shifts, making sound operational decisions in real time, and providing visible leadership—particularly during busy periods and disruption. A calm, practical approach is essential, along with the confidence to make decisions while balancing operational need with crew welfare. Strong communication skills are critical. You’ll regularly engage with cabin crew, colleagues, unions and senior stakeholders, ensuring information is clear, consistent and delivered with professionalism. You’ll also be trusted to manage sensitive situations with empathy, fairness and discretion, supporting crew wellbeing while maintaining operational integrity. We’re looking for individuals who are resilient, organised and adaptable, with the ability to prioritise effectively in a fast‑moving environment.
