Join TUI Airways as an Apprentice Cabin Crew Member to ensure every customer’s journey is safe, comfortable, and enjoyable. Complete a 9-month apprenticeship to achieve a Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard (equivalent to two A Levels). Deliver exceptional customer service, ensure safety procedures, and adapt to change while working with a collaborative team.

  • Able to perform all regulatory duties including being able to sit and fully fasten an aircraft over-shoulder jump seat harness
  • You’re able to swim at least 25 meters
  • You’re willing to undertake Psychoactive Testing and a UK CAA Cabin Crew Medical throughout employment
  • You can understand, speak and write good English equivalent to CEFR B2 or ILR L3
  • Able to work shifts across a 24/7 flight programme and be able to report in uniform at Base in 90 minutes
  • Must hold a valid UK or Irish passport with 6 months validity and any necessary visas for travel
  • Successful candidates will be required to undergo background security checks, where positive results are required and provide proof of required vaccinations in accordance with company and regulatory guidelines
  • Hold GCSE (or equivalent) grade 4/C or above in English and Maths
  • Have lived in the UK or the EEA continuously for the three years immediately before the apprenticeship start date

  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates on product rollouts, service concepts, and CSAT developments.Ensure accurate data capture, delivery, and follow-up to confirm successful implementation
  • Support on clear, engaging communications such as cabin crew briefs, newsletters, and operational documentation to keep cabin crew informed and aligned
