Requirements:

  • 4+ years of professional experience in game programming
  • Advanced programming skills in C# with a strong understanding of the fundamentals
  • Experience with game engines, primarily Unity
  • Experience working in large codebases
  • Good understanding of software architecture
  • Ability to mentor other programmers and provide/receive constructive feedback
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization
  • Experience with version control (Git, Perforce)

Nice to have:

  • Solid programming skills in C++ with a strong understanding of the fundamentals
  • Console development (PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, etc.)
  • Mobile development
  • VR experience
  • Porting experience
  • Shipped titles
  • Experience working directly with external clients
  • Strong math skills (linear algebra, 3D math, algorithms, etc)
