C-sUAS FSR will have knowledge or related expertise in C-sUAS maintenance and operations. Must have the ability to perform equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures on complex Department of Defense (DoD) C-sUAS System of Systems to include Radars, Electro Optical / Infrared (EO/IR) cameras, and electronic Warfare (EW) systems. FSR will also perform Help Desk functions by interfacing with program customers to field trouble ticket calls, determine appropriate repair actions, and process equipment replacements as necessary. Key duties include diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues, conducting preventative maintenance checks and servicing, documenting service calls and visits, preparing equipment for shipment, and perform liaison actions between the customer and equipment Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). The specific responsibilities of an FSR vary by industry, requiring strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and effective communication with customers and internal teammates.
Job Responsibility:
Process calls/emails from fielded organizations relating to equipment issues/malfunctions
Maintain and update list of fielded organizations and assigned equipment
Open, update, and close workorders in COLTS
Perform COLTS configuration management for Line Replaceable Units (LRU)
Maintain and track Trouble Ticket status
Track warranties and maintain logs of fielded systems
Process and relay Trouble Ticket actions to appropriate OEM FSRs as required
Maintain and provide daily Trouble Ticket status to Government Lead
Maintain and provide monthly metrics to Government Lead
Assemble, install, and configure new equipment, systems, and software at customer locations
Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Diagnosing and troubleshoot technical problems with products or systems, supporting timely and effective repairs
Develop test, inspection and repair procedures
Conduct training to customers and end-users on proper equipment capability, maintenance procedures, and basic troubleshooting
Maintain accurate records of all service calls, customer interactions, and equipment status
Travel to CONUS and OCONUS locations to perform unscheduled maintenance and repair actions to C-sUAS
Maintain stringent control, accounting, safeguarding, and destruction of sensitive cryptographic hardware and keying material to ensure the security of national communications and information systems
Inspect returned non-operational equipment to verify status and appropriate disposition
Coordinate with system managers regarding spares (systems and components) management
Coordinate shipments of non-operational equipment back to OEM facilities for repair
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance
Must be able to maintain the required clearance
10+ years’ experience
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Strong oral communication skills
Strong technical background in the relevant industry, with proficiency in diagnostic tools and software
Ability to work independently to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and operational issues
COLTS and ELMS knowledge desired
