Job Description

Airswift require a CampI Commissioning Engineer for the below offshore trips - 30/04 ndash 14/05 Trip 128/05 ndash 12/06 Trip 2 Offshore certification is essential for this role.

Job Responsibility

  • Governance and oversite for a portfolio of Projects within a contract with the ability to influence successful Completions amp Commissioning
  • Identify key projects where inclusion of Commissioning and Completions can bring value to project execution and drive project delivery in line with the Worley BM of lsquoright to left-thinking’
  • Develop standardisation of Commissioning and Completions processes across Projects utilising Worley Company tools SMART Completions and in line with Advanced Work Packing methodology
  • Ensure that Commissioning is embedded in the Value Creation framework
  • Convey a clear message that Worley can deliver Commissioning Execution through early engagement with projects at bid and Pre-FEED/FEED stage
  • Identify areas of the Commissioning and Completions processes that can be expedited through collaboration with Global Digital Initiatives teams to constantly improve the lsquoway we work’ and maintain lsquobest in class’ standard approach
  • Conduct audits of all existing projects and contracts to confirm Commissioning and Completions are bringing maximum value to Worley and are operating efficiently
  • Conduct reviews to ensure customers are informed of Worley Commissioning and Completions services and benefits
  • Develop strong customer relationships and participation in customer meetings ensuring continuous improvement in the space of Commissioning amp Completions

Requirements

Experience in Field delivery of Completions & Commissioning. Demonstrable Track record in leading successful Completions & Commissioning of major projects and or brownfield modification.Existing ‘right to work’ in the UK is mandatory.Actively promotes and supports implementation of project safety culture, practices and procedures.Experienced Commissioning and Completions with proven track record of successful delivery on brownfield modifications and capital projects.Experience and understanding of various Completions Management Systems.Experience of working in various locations.A network of high-level key client contacts and ability to enhance customer relationships.Motivational leadership style with very strong communication skills and ability to develop a high-performance culture.Good reporting and analytical skills, able to interrogate project Metrics and identify issues and blockers.Preferably E, C & I background
