Conference & Events Planner (Levy) - Haydock Park Racecourse | Full-Time / Permanent. We are looking for a C&E Event Planner for The Jockey Club, based at Haydock Park Racecourse. £30000 + excellent benefits including healthcare, wellbeing support, 23 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, life assurance, meals on duty, and more. This role profile is a guide to the work you will be required to undertake.

Job Responsibility:

  • Provide effective liaison between sales process and end customer
  • Support and coordinate all bookings after confirmation by reactive sales team
  • Handle finance responsibilities including billing and chasing deposits
  • Manage venue show-rounds and coordinate diary
  • Upsell and exceed customer expectations
  • Ensure highest standards of accurate and timely information sharing
  • Complete sales administration for seamless handover to operations
  • Maximize revenue through outstanding customer service
  • Manage BEO/function sheet process
