Job Description

C&E Event Planner & Administrator at Newmarket Racecourse, temporary to permanent after 6 months. Purpose: provide liaison between sales process and end customer through administration and customer service. Responsibilities include coordinating bookings, finance tasks, managing show-rounds, upselling, ensuring high standards of information sharing. Key duties include BEO/function sheet management, revenue capture, daily liaison, correspondence handling, data input, guest experience follow-up, and operational excellence.
