C&E Event Planner & Administrator at Newmarket Racecourse, temporary to permanent after 6 months. Purpose: provide liaison between sales process and end customer through administration and customer service. Job Responsibility
Provide effective liaison between sales process and end customer
Support and coordinate all confirmed bookings
Handle finance responsibilities including billing clients for final payments and chasing deposits
Manage venue show-rounds diary
Proactively upsell and exceed customer expectations
Ensure highest standards of accurate and timely information sharing
Accomplish sales administration effectively
Maximize revenue through outstanding customer service
Manage BEO/function sheet process
Capture all revenue opportunities
Maintain daily liaison plan with sales and operations teams
