Job Description:

Participate in the development and maintenance of Banking applications/systems using C++. Design, build, and implement high-performance and stable software solutions. Analyze requirements, propose technical solutions, and perform coding tasks. Conduct software testing and debugging. Create and maintain technical documentation related to the project. Manage and collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Perform other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience working with C++ programming language
  • Experience working with the C++ Standard Library
  • Ability to create clear, complete, and easy-to-understand technical documentation
  • Experience working on Linux operating systems, especially REHEL (Red Hat Enterprise Linux)

Nice to have:

  • Japanese language proficiency at N3 level or higher
  • Experience in Banking or Risk Management systems
  • Experience with Linux UI and Linux API
  • Experience using Teraterm for system connection and management tasks
  • Skills in using Excel and VBA for creating automated tasks
  • Knowledge of LDAP protocols and related applications
  • Experience working with Makefiles in build and project management
  • Experience in source code management using systems like CVS or SVN
  • Knowledge and hands-on experience with databases, especially Oracle SQL
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills
  • High responsibility and proactiveness in work
