Job Description:

C&B Manager is responsible for strategic C&B programs & processes and HR systems relating with payroll, social insurances, financial reporting and office regulations (policies). This role is required to work on various tasks/projects in HR team liaising with local HR members and with other departments in order to achieve higher productivity and added value service towards the stakeholders.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supervise and optimize payroll operations with team staff and payroll vendor
  • Coordinate bonus payment and salary review (all the process from budgeting to payment)
  • Supervise workforce administration (hiring, transfer, exit, employment after 60, etc) with team staff
  • Manage Expats benefits
  • Headcount reporting and people cost calculation
  • Revised and develop office regulations (policies)
  • Deal with internal and external audit
  • Enhancements and maintenance of payroll related systems
  • Salary survey

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience working with payroll (more than 1,000 employees) and C&B area including expats’ benefits
  • People management experience
  • Solid understanding of Human Resources concepts, best practices, and procedures
  • Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deal with internal and external customer groups
  • High proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables and charts
  • High business level of English
