C&B Manager is responsible for strategic C&B programs & processes and HR systems relating with payroll, social insurances, financial reporting and office regulations (policies). This role is required to work on various tasks/projects in HR team liaising with local HR members and with other departments in order to achieve higher productivity and added value service towards the stakeholders.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise and optimize payroll operations with team staff and payroll vendor
Coordinate bonus payment and salary review (all the process from budgeting to payment)
Supervise workforce administration (hiring, transfer, exit, employment after 60, etc) with team staff
Manage Expats benefits
Headcount reporting and people cost calculation
Revised and develop office regulations (policies)
Deal with internal and external audit
Enhancements and maintenance of payroll related systems
Salary survey
Requirements:
10+ years of experience working with payroll (more than 1,000 employees) and C&B area including expats’ benefits
People management experience
Solid understanding of Human Resources concepts, best practices, and procedures
Highly organized and able to manage time well in order to meet deadlines
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and deal with internal and external customer groups
High proficiency in Excel including formulas, pivot tables and charts
