Here at Sealey, we are seeking to recruit a Buying & Product Data Support to join our team based in Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. You will join us on a permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary plus benefits. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Product Data Lead with managing the PIM system, managing and signing off product data
  • Preparing reports, ensuring accuracy, flagging anomalies, missing information or delays to the relevant buyers
  • Preparing data for the Buying Manager to review with Buyers
  • Assisting with Product Category Co-ordinator duties
  • Maintaining a central tracker for all Buyers meetings notes

Requirements:

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • The ability to work to tight deadlines
  • The ability to use your own initiative and think 'outside the box'
