As part of the No7 Beauty Company - Global Sourcing team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our sourcing strategy and driving the success of our Boots Brand.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collaborate with global sourcing partners and cross-functional teams to develop high-quality products that align with our strategic goals
  • Lead a team of 1-3 people, fostering a culture of growth and success
  • Manage supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with quality and sustainability standards
  • Drive value through effective negotiations and cost management
  • Analyse market insights and customer behaviour to identify opportunities for innovation

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Buying, Sourcing, or Commercial roles, ideally within retail or FMCG
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiations
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends
  • Exceptional communication skills to manage a diverse stakeholder map
  • A passion for product and a proactive mindset
