Wells Fargo is seeking a Buying coordinator.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support Buying and proactively seek ways to improve processes and offer ideas for routine and complex orders of goods, services and equipment utilizing purchase orders and eProcurement applications
  • Perform moderately complex tasks such as implementing projects, tracking supplier performance including reporting, monitor inventory levels, trend analysis and mid to complex problem resolution
  • Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions
  • Interact with immediate peers and Buying teams on wide range of information
  • Interact with vendors

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Buying experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
  • University degree in any stream
  • 2+ years in supply chain
  • SAP Ariba & SAP ECC Procurement Experience - minimum 2+ year
  • Basic Supply Chain Management Knowledge
  • Subject matter knowledge in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and/or Billing and Collections
  • Ability to effectively support buying team operations and meet departmental SLAs
  • General knowledge of problem resolution steps, financial controls, and purchasing procedures
  • Advanced Supply Chain/Procurement Knowledge, including knowledge and/or use of Artificial Intelligence and/or Robotic Process Automation
  • Ability to work individually or in a group setting
  • Strong leadership, process improvement development and efficiency identifications, problem resolution and conceptual thinking skills
  • Effective collaboration skills to complete discussions with suppliers’ customer support teams and LOB stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and problem resolving
