Job Responsibility:

Drive Category Strategy: Oversee the buying strategy for both retail and eCommerce, ensuring a laser focus on customer needs and commercial returns
Innovate and Source: Stay ahead of emerging trends while sourcing new, innovative products that resonate with our customers
Develop Joint Business Plans: Build strong partnerships with suppliers, negotiate JBPs, and create exclusive launches and promotional campaigns
Lead Product Development: Spearhead the creation of their branded products, collaborating with trusted producers and distilleries
Manage Performance: analyse product performance, provide insightful reporting, and implement action plans to enhance profitability

Requirements:

Minimum years of experience in buying or category management within the wine & spirits space
Commercially Sharp: You know how to turn data into actionable insights and drive strategic decisions
You thrive on building strong partnerships and can influence stakeholders with confidence
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Comfortable in ambiguity and fast-paced environments, you bring hustle and bold ideas to the table
Detail-Oriented: With exceptional planning and prioritisation skills, you ensure nothing falls through the cracks
