Job Description

We're looking for a Buying Administrator to join a busy Head Office team in Brighton. This is a hands-on role supporting the buying and replenishment function, ensuring orders, stock and pricing data are accurate and up to date.

Job Responsibility

  • Process orders and manage stock transfers efficiently
  • Check data accuracy in orders, invoices, and product records
  • Create and maintain product codes
  • Assist with stock rationalisation and inter-branch movements
  • Support and train junior admin staff
  • Help the team with ad-hoc tasks to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year's experience in a Buying Administration or similar role
  • Strong Excel skills and numeracy
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills and team-oriented approach
  • Quick learner with the ability to use new systems effectively
