Job Description:

As Buyers Admin you will provide administrative support to the Buying teams. You will create sku’s, load orders onto the system, manage the administrative side of category launches, deal with and resolve buyers queries and liase closely with suppliers and the shopfloor.

  • Be the first point of contact with suppliers and the warehouse for booking in deliveries, making changes to delivery schedules and order amendments
  • Upload the buyers worksheet and create skus in Retek
  • Load orders onto the system correctly
  • Set up and monitor the delivery schedule
  • Check order confirmation with suppliers
  • Resolve DC queries
  • Update and maintain database with relevant terms
  • Set up accounts for new suppliers
  • Ensure requests for pre-ticketing are communicated to suppliers
  • Update and amend the sku and category hierarchies, barcodes and all supporting sku information
  • Oversee the process for providing samples to the photostudio for digital photo shoots
  • Liaise with suppliers to booking shop floor customer sampling and retail operations training
  • Circulate daily reports to concessions and internal teams
