Job Responsibility:

  • Approval & PP Samples: Track weekly approval samples to ensure timely arrival for Final Sign Off. Check and prepare samples, identify potential quality issues, and coordinate with Assistant Buyer and suppliers to resolve them. Prepare samples for Second Look & Final Sign Off, including correct carding, labeling, and fixture placement. Manage approved DHL shipments and communicate approvals to Production
  • Sample Prep & Meeting Boards: Maintain and update range boards with latest images, spec sheets, supplier info, and costs. Ensure all re-colours, re-works, and match backs are added weekly. Keep boards accurate and collaborative across teams
  • Analysis & Reporting: Run 1–6 week sales and sample reports
  • Negotiation: Obtain first costs from suppliers for all samples and record negotiations in the Range Planner
  • Trend Monitoring: Update boards with new trend, muse, and influencer items weekly

Requirements:
