Founded in 2021, the Airbus Global Business Services (AGBS) unit will be contributing to Airbus’ global success and play a vital role in Airbus’ transformation journey in standardisation, harmonisation, digitalisation and automation of end-to-end processes (e.g. Procure to Pay) of all overhead functions.
Job Responsibility:
Act as an extended member of the central Procurement function (Direct and Indirect) for Tactical Sourcing and Contract Management activities for the assigned scope
Manage or support the Call for Tender (CFT) and supplier selection process in a fair competition mode and according to Airbus Procurement processes
Support the drafting and negotiation of the relevant contracts/ generic terms and conditions with suppliers
On request process standard NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements) for various projects
Manage the annual release of applicable contractual requirements and documents lists (cARL, cADL) and launching actions in case of need
Ensure deliverables (goods/services) are in line with the contractual terms (cost, time, quality)
Support long-term alignment of the preferred supplier base with the long-term transnational and trans-divisional strategic needs of Airbus
Ensure and report achievement of saving targets in accordance with SLAs
Optimize bundling opportunities to leverage the buying power of the Group and contribute to local for global initiatives
Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools
Requirements:
Procurement background of 2 to 5 years and the potential to be developed in the core countries in the Procurement function
Strong ability in Tendering process, Advanced negotiation, Legal/Contracting and SRM (supplier relationship management)
Knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English both written and verbal
Good knowledge of Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply) and used to Google suite
Delivery oriented with a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction
Strong ability to convince and influence, communicate effectively
Team player and comfortable with remote working
Always act with integrity and equity in the supplier selection process, in full compliance with processes and regulations
