Buyer

• Identify, source, and assess new suppliers to support business growth and ensure competitive advantage
• Perform regular supplier performance reviews, tracking KPIs such as delivery accuracy, quality, cost, and responsiveness
• Take accountability for supplier performance, driving continuous improvement and corrective actions
• Lead contract and pricing negotiations to secure favourable terms
• Build strong, long‑term relationships with both new and existing suppliers
• Work cross‑functionally with operations, quality, and planning teams to ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation
• Analyse supplier data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and maintain accurate supplier documentation

• Proven experience as a Buyer with a strong supplier management focus
• Confident evaluating supplier capability and performance
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive improvement
• Strong organisational skills and a proactive, accountable approach
• ERP/MRP experience desirable
