Job Responsibility:
Manage procurement activities, including the creation and processing of purchase orders
Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of materials
Utilize SAP systems to track and manage purchasing workflows efficiently
Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory levels
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement roles
Strong understanding of buying processes and purchase order management
Proficiency in SAP systems for procurement and inventory tracking
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Effective communication and negotiation abilities
Familiarity with HR administrative tasks, such as onboarding and record-keeping
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
