Job Description:

An established and highly stable organization is seeking a Buyer to join its growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume purchasing environment and enjoys working with structured processes, consistent vendors, and tangible inventory impact.

Job Responsibility:

Execute high-volume, transactional purchasing to support daily operations
Manage inventory levels and replenishment to ensure product availability
Serve as a liaison between vendors, manufacturers, and internal teams
Resolve purchasing and logistics issues including stock shortages, backorders or unavailable products, damaged or delayed shipments
Support vendor coordination, with occasional involvement in vendor communication

Requirements:

Experience in purchasing, buying, or procurement-related work
Working knowledge of purchase order processing and day-to-day purchasing activities
Ability to manage inventory levels and support replenishment planning
Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders
Problem-solving ability to address supply shortages, unavailable items, and shipment discrepancies
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills in a transactional purchasing environment
