As a Buyer, you play a pivotal role in shaping our international premium-brand partnerships. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about driving success in buying, has a strong eye for premium brands, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. This position is permanent and based in Munich.

Job Responsibility:

  • Cultivate and nurture strong, long-term relationships with international premium brand partners
  • Attract new prospect brand partners
  • Negotiate and secure competitive terms and conditions, marketing services, and access to an attractive product portfolio to ensure mutual success and profitability
  • Drive continuous growth in turnover by identifying new opportunities and strategies together with your brand partners
  • Independently analyse relevant performance KPIs from the area of buying, leveraging AI and automation tools to improve insights and decision-making
  • Work in close coordination and cooperation with all relevant interfaces in the company (e.g., Marketing, Supply Chain Management, and Category Management)

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in buying or key account management, preferably in eCommerce
  • Strong understanding of the eCommerce environment and industry trends
  • An analytical and strategic way of thinking paired with excellent negotiation and communication skills, assertiveness, and a confident demeanour
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a results-oriented mindset focused on achieving and exceeding targets
  • Fluency in German and English
