Job Responsibility:

Selecting and procuring the right product mix to meet business goals
Writing, placing and tracking purchase orders with global suppliers
Planning, monitoring and maintaining suitable inventory levels across all channels
Monitoring current season stock and proposing repeat orders where appropriate
Preparing and analysing product performance reports and statistics to support strategic decisions
Liaising as the main point of contact with suppliers for all orders and deliveries
Visiting stores to gain in-depth knowledge of customer needs and market demands

Requirements:

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a buying role within the fashion industry
Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
Detail orientated with excellent organisational skills
Advanced analytical and strategic thinking
University degree or equivalent in Fashion, Business, or a related field
Profound knowledge of all relevant retail KPIs and numerical analysis
Proficient use of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Fluency in English (verbal and written)

Nice to have:

Additional languages like Italian being a plus
