Job Responsibility:
Market Analysis and Sourcing: Analyze the market and identify potential suppliers based on internal procurement requests
Request for Proposal (RFP) Management: Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) / Requests for Proposals (RFPs) in accordance with company needs and standards
Supplier Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate and select suppliers using clearly defined criteria, proposing a Best Allocation Recommendation (BAR) for approval
Order Management: Responsible for managing procurement orders for allocated suppliers and product categories
Logistics and Financial Tracking: Monitor the entire order process, from placement through goods receipt and final invoicing
Cost Reduction Strategy: Define and implement cost reduction strategies for assigned suppliers and product categories
Negotiation: Negotiate commercial terms (for both products and services) with suppliers to secure the best possible conditions
Contract Management: Negotiate contractual terms, finalize agreements, and monitor their execution
Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Maintain and continually develop relationships with product and service suppliers
continuously monitor market trends and conditions
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify alternative sourcing options and maintain competitive pricing
Internal Collaboration: Liaise with colleagues in Production and Inventory/Warehouse Management to optimize stock levels and order placement
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or economic/business field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Purchasing/Procurement domain
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Must be a well-organized, dynamic, self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility and a focus on results and performance
Very good knowledge of the English language
