Job Description:

We are looking for an Buyer Support to join our Airbus GBS in Lisbon!

Job Responsibility:

  • Acting as Airbus Trusted Agents to onboard suppliers
  • Supplier creation and updates in One Supplier tool
  • Management of Deviation Sheets: perform sanity check of received deviation and record entries in the sheets database
  • Financial assessment of suppliers
  • Onboarding of suppliers in CLIP tool
  • Make basic checks in case of unpaid/blocked invoices
  • Prepare reports, KPIs
  • Act as Focal Point for a specific activity in our team, being responsible for the SOP creation and maintaning it up to date

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of functions including: procurement, finance and communication skills
  • Analytical Skills, Google Sheets Proficiency (Hard Skills), and Automation/Integration (Apps Script)
  • Exposure to work-focused team(s)
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • Able to travel domestically and internationally

Nice to have:

Fluency in other languages like French, German or Spanish is highly desirable
