Buyer support

• Manage various supplier information and pricing data in SAP and other Airbus Procurement tools
• Consolidate and follow-up supplier rating and performance data
• Manage and follow-up standard supplier communication on various topics such as Sustainability, Cybersecurity, Export Control
• Contracts preparation and customization, identify missing data
• Manage the electronic archiving of contractual documents in the Airbus tools
• Preparation of Business Cases to support the buyers
• Launch and follow-up actions on recurrent supplier inputs as needed
• Process ad-hoc requests for urgent customer requirements and events
• Ensure regular two-way communication with strategic buyers in central Procurement commodities
• Contribute to innovation and digitalization in the procurement process through the deployment of state-of-the-art processes and tools

• Up to 5 years of work experience
• Experience in administration tasks
• Knowledge in Export Control and Sustainability laws and regulations
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English
• French and/or German would be a plus
• Easily adaptable to Airbus Procurement tools (Coupa suite, SAP, E-Proc and Airsupply)
• Used to Google suite
• Delivery oriented with a strong focus on customers’ satisfaction
• Strong ability to convince and influence

• Comfortable with remote working

• Ability to travel up to once a month to core countries of Airbus (France, Germany, Spain and UK)
