We're looking for a dynamic and organized Romanian-speaking professional to play a crucial role in supporting vehicle purchase and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector. If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management, and are fluent in Romanian, this is your opportunity!

Job Responsibility:

  • provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your Romanian language skills
  • manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance
  • coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad
  • ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both German and English
  • work within an area requiring strong business management support

Requirements:

  • fluent in Romanian native or C2 level (written and spoken)
  • good knowledge of English (minimum C1 level)
  • excellent organizational and time management skills
  • clear and effective communication skills
  • attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation
  • knowledge of logistics and transport processes (preferred)
