Job Responsibility:
provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing Czech language skills
manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance
coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad
ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both Czech and English
work within an area requiring strong business management support
Requirements:
fluent in Czech (written and spoken)
excellent organizational and time management skills
clear and effective communication skills
attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation
good English communication skills
Nice to have:
knowledge of logistics and transport processes
previous experience in administrative support or business management roles
