Job Responsibility:
Support the development and execution of commodity strategies, providing market and technology insights to the category lead
Maintain and update sourcing pipelines, benchmarking data, cost tracking (Business Over Time), and sourcing documentation with high accuracy
Prepare materials for strategy reviews, global budget updates, and on‑time delivery metrics
Participate in cross-functional meetings (engineering, supplier quality, supply chain, finance), contributing data, analysis, and commercial insights
Build and support business cases aligned with sourcing priorities and program needs
Collaborate with global counterparts to exchange information and ensure alignment on sourcing actions for current and future programs
Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing and accounting processes and procedures
Execute the Global Purchasing and Supply Chain sourcing process to manage RFQs, perform quote analysis, and support source selection recommendations
Apply appropriate analytical tools—benchmarking, competitive sourcing, value analysis, negotiation preparation, cost reduction initiatives, supplier performance review, etc.—to support decision making
Requirements:
Bachelor degree completed
Advanced or Fluent English
Relevant experience in purchasing, supply chain, or related areas
Proven ability to work cross‑functionally and build effective internal and external relationships
Experience managing commercial discussions with suppliers and analyzing supplier performance
Strong negotiation fundamentals and willingness to develop more advanced negotiation capabilities
Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong analytical ability to interpret complex data and propose solutions
Solid organizational skills, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and meet deadlines
