Job Description:

We’re looking for a proactive Buyer/Procurement Specialist to source goods, materials, and services that support our operational requirements. You’ll manage suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure stock availability to keep our business running smoothly.

Job Responsibility:

  • Raise purchase orders and manage end-to-end procurement activity
  • Source and evaluate suppliers
  • negotiate competitive terms
  • Monitor supplier performance and resolve supply issues
  • Maintain accurate pricing, lead times, and procurement data
  • Work with operations and warehouse teams to ensure optimal stock levels
  • Support cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement

Requirements:

  • Experienced Buyer/Procurement Specialist
  • Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
  • Confident using ERP/procurement systems such as Sage 500, Sage Intacct, SAP, Oracle, etc.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and attention to detail
  • CIPS qualification or working towards it
