Job Description

This role within the Parts Team will focus on these main activities.

Job Responsibility

  • Oversee the spare parts work order process, ensuring that materials are allocated appropriately and orders are processed in a timely manner
  • Monitor safety stock levels for all spare part products
  • Participates in strategic negotiations with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of key spare parts orders
  • Develops processes to support the timely delivery of materials and products through the entire supply chain
  • Exhibits a calm demeanor in stressful situations while being adaptable to change and maintaining a high level of customer care, both internally and externally
  • Manages key supplier and third-party service relationships including delivery and quality
  • Enters and reschedules master schedule demand, purchase orders and work orders
  • Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the Parts and Service Excellence, Sr. Manager

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge and experience working in SAP
  • Experience in Order Management
  • Experience in a Manufacturing environment
  • Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders
  • Ability to work flexible hours when required
  • Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
