This role within the Parts Team will focus on these main activities.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the spare parts work order process, ensuring that materials are allocated appropriately and orders are processed in a timely manner
Monitor safety stock levels for all spare part products
Participates in strategic negotiations with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely processing of key spare parts orders
Develops processes to support the timely delivery of materials and products through the entire supply chain
Exhibits a calm demeanor in stressful situations while being adaptable to change and maintaining a high level of customer care, both internally and externally
Manages key supplier and third-party service relationships including delivery and quality
Enters and reschedules master schedule demand, purchase orders and work orders
Accepts other responsibilities as requested by the Parts and Service Excellence, Sr. Manager
Requirements:
Strong knowledge and experience working in SAP
Experience in Order Management
Experience in a Manufacturing environment
Ability to negotiate and influence internal stakeholders
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Ability to work independently on projects with minimal supervision
