We are looking for a Buyer Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's dynamic team and help newly registered buyers successfully navigate their online auction platform. Our client operates a leading B2B marketplace for car dealers, connecting used-vehicle vendors with buyers across Europe. As a member of the Onboarding Support Team, you will be the first point of contact for new buyers, providing the training and guidance they need to make purchases with confidence.
Job Responsibility
Conduct engaging training sessions for newly registered buyers, ensuring they become familiar with the platform and fully understand the selling conditions
Proactively engage with buyers to assess their unique needs, preferences, and potential, meticulously recording all relevant details in Salesforce (SF)
Follow up with buyers post-onboarding to ensure they feel confident, supported, and fully prepared to start purchasing
Requirements
Experience in sales and coaching
Proactiveness and soft skills is mandatory
Experience in customer relation position is mandatory
Experience with SF is a plus
Basic car knowledge / interest is a plus
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
Languages: Native-level proficiency in Italian and a high level of English (C1 minimum)
