We are looking for an Buyer Onboarding Support Agent to join our client's team and help newly registered buyers successfully navigate their leading online auction platform. Our client operates a premier European B2B marketplace for car dealers, seamlessly connecting used-vehicle vendors with buyers across the continent. As part of the Onboarding Support Team, you will be the face of the company—the first point of contact for new buyers, providing them with the training, tools, and confidence they need to close their first deals.
Job Responsibility
Onboarding Training Sessions – Conduct training sessions for newly registered buyers, ensuring they become familiar with the platform and fully understand our selling conditions
Buyer Discovery Sessions – Engage with buyers to assess their needs, preferences, and potential, recording all relevant details in Salesforce (SF) for future reference
Onboarding Follow-Up Coordination – Proactively follow up with buyers after onboarding to ensure they feel confident and prepared to start purchasing
Requirements
Experience in sales and coaching
Proactiveness and soft skills is mandatory
Experience in customer relation position is mandatory
Experience with SF is a plus
Basic car knowledge / interest is a plus
Problem-Solving & Adaptability
Language spoken: o English (minimum level C1) o Portuguese (native level or equivalent) o German: Advanced Level (minimum level C1)
