Job Description:

Bombardier’s Business Aircraft London Service Centre in Biggin Hill is part of an award-winning network and is the flagship of Bombardier’s European operation. This Base and Line Maintenance Centre is the fastest-growing Service Centre in Europe and the largest Business Aircraft OEM in the UK. The facility has the capabilities to perform an array of maintenance checks, modifications and upgrades all from this site. Only 14 miles from London, Bombardier’s Biggin Hill Service Centre is ideally located to support operators in the UK region and beyond.

Job Responsibility:

  • Perform a variety of routine clerical and administrative support duties including but not limited to auditing Work Packs, organise parts return, support with technical documentation
  • Assist the Team for any coordination requirements
  • Working with internal departments to ensure data is gathered as required
  • Help with disseminating necessary information to the relevant departments
  • Help with marginal liaison with Vendors
  • Help in Managing Line Vans fleet
  • Support UMT with maintaining up-to-date records on operational documents

Requirements:

  • previous experience in Aircraft Maintenance environment (preferred)
  • previous experience in technical data entry within Aviation Maintenance environment
  • understanding of Aviation Stores and Technical Records (preferred)
  • IT literacy in Word, Excel and SAP (preferred)
  • familiar with CAA/EASA Part 145 regulation (preferred)
  • methodical and organised
  • basic knowledge of SAP or any other ERP (enterprise resource software)
  • continuous improvement mindset
  • pay attention to detail
