Job Responsibility:

  • managing incoming claims submitted by customers who have purchased vehicles internationally
  • assessing claims submitted by individual buyers for eligibility, using internal resources and evidence provided by buyers
  • monitoring open claims that require additional information to reach a resolution (such as missing details from buyers or supplementary information from the selling country)
  • overseeing cases scheduled for closure that involve payment to the buyer or necessitate final settlement
  • furnishing comprehensive responses to buyers regarding case resolutions, based on evidence and internal evaluations performed during the claims assessment
  • communication with buyers will primarily occur via email
  • ensuring all aforementioned tasks are executed and monitored in a prompt manner, upholding commitments and deadlines

Requirements:

  • high school diploma (mandatory)
  • call center experience (an advantage)
  • fluent level of Dutch
  • advanced English (C1)
