Job Description:

A high-growth, algorithmic execution and analytics provider is building out its European commercial team following strong traction across global futures and equities markets. With a small but credible UK footprint and an established institutional client base (spanning some of the world’s largest asset managers and hedge funds), the business is now hiring a senior buy-side sales leader to drive new revenue across Europe. This is a "build" role with a clear path to leadership if desired.

Job Responsibility:

  • Originate and close new business with institutional buy-side firms (asset managers, hedge funds, quant funds)
  • Lead front-end sales activity – full ownership of pipeline creation and conversion
  • Transition into strategic account coverage post-sale
  • Work closely with product and leadership to shape European go-to-market strategy
  • Play a key role in scaling the firm’s electronic trading footprint across Europe

Requirements:

  • Proven new business hunter with a track record of selling execution, algo trading, or market structure solutions
  • Strong network across institutional buy-side trading desks
  • Deep understanding of electronic trading workflows (equities and/or futures)
  • Credibility operating at senior stakeholder level (Heads of Trading, CIOs, PMs)
  • Comfortable operating in a high-autonomy, scale-up environment
What we offer:
  • uncapped revenue share (top performers >20% payout)
  • already live with institutional clients managing trillions in AUM
  • differentiated product with strong traction across multiple asset classes
  • direct exposure to highly credible leadership (ex-top-tier quant and execution firms)
  • clear route to Head of European Electronic Trading
