Job Description:

The role entails welcoming guests, managing special requests, ensuring housekeeping quality, and adhering to The Ritz-Carlton’s Gold Standards. Team members are expected to maintain professionalism, provide exceptional service, and contribute to the brand's reputation as a global leader in luxury hospitality. Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival and explain details and amenities available
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Follow up to ensure guest satisfaction
Provide property and surrounding area information to guests
Answer and process guests’ calls, messages, and concerns
Inspect guest rooms for quality standards
Assist Housekeeping management in daily activities
Document and resolve issues with rooms
Manage assignment sheets/work boards
Communicate shifts’ issues and complete required paperwork
Assist management in hiring, training, and evaluating employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
