Job Description:

Butler at Estelle Manor, a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The role ensures the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure the ‘warmth and magic’ of the Estelle brand is carried throughout our private Houses and across the Estate
Review the entire guest journey from pre-arrival to post-visit, ensuring all personal touches are added, along with any additional requests and elevation opportunities
Strive to go the extra mile to ensure every member receives genuine and personalised service

Requirements:

Previous service experience within luxury yachts, hospitality brands, or private estates
Ideally, aged over 25 with a full UK driving license
Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
Passionate about delivering exceptional guest experience with keen attention to detail
