Butler

• Provides bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
• Coordinates efforts of Butler Valets
• Verifies that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
• Builds rapport with guests
• Proactively anticipates guest needs and acts upon them
• Follows company policies and procedures
• Upholds quality standards
• Ensures uniform, personal appearance, and communications are professional
• Performs physical tasks such as lifting objects up to 50 pounds

6-months related work experience required

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
