Job Description:

Butler position at Sheraton Grande Sukhumvit, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Bangkok, responsible for guest services, room inspections, and assisting housekeeping management

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival and explain amenities
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs
Provide information to guests about property and surrounding area
Answer, record, and process all guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns
Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper
Verify room status and prioritize room cleaning
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare and distribute assignment sheets
Complete required paperwork
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
