Job Description:

It is high-touch, personalized, creative and original. It is brought to life by all talent but serving as the primary face to the program is our Butler team, who are the ultimate luxury ambassadors.

Job Responsibility:

Provide bespoke experiences and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in, throughout the stay and upon departure
Coordinate efforts of Butler Valets
Verify that other departments supporting butler services are equipped to meet guest needs
Build rapport with guests
Proactively anticipate guest needs and act upon them where possible
Create a safe workplace
Follow company policies and procedures
Uphold quality standards
Maintain professional uniform, personal appearance, and communications

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
6-months related work experience required
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Deep passion for service
Uncompromising standards
Ability to anticipate needs
Impeccable interpersonal skills
Physical ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended time
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
