Job Responsibility
Provide personalised Butler service throughout the guest journey, from pre‑arrival to departure
Anticipate guest needs and proactively deliver thoughtful, tailored experiences
Coordinate requests across departments to ensure seamless and efficient service delivery
Support the organisation and execution of guest preferences, amenities and special requests
Collaborate with other departments to meet service standards
Build strong rapport with guests, ensuring comfort, satisfaction and loyalty
Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism, discretion and care
Maintain accurate records of guest preferences to personalise future stays
Uphold St. Regis brand standards and signature service rituals at all times
Ensure a safe and secure working environment, following all company policies and procedures
Maintain a professional appearance, communication style and level of conduct at all times
Take a hands‑on approach to daily tasks, ensuring service consistency and operational support
Requirements
Previous experience in butler service, ideally within a luxury environment
A passion for personalised, anticipatory service
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑standards environment
Confidence in handling guest requests with professionalism and discretion
