Job Description:

The Butler Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Langkawi ensures the delivery of the 'Gold Standards' of The Ritz-Carlton, providing exceptional luxury service to guests. The role involves greeting guests, responding to their requests, inspecting rooms, assisting housekeeping management, and maintaining high standards of service and professionalism.

Job Responsibility:

Greet guests upon arrival and explain details and amenities
Respond to guest requests for special arrangements or services
Inspect guest rooms after being cleaned by Housekeeper
Assist Housekeeping management in managing daily activities
Document and resolve issues with discrepant rooms
Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in assignment sheets/work boards
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating and coaching employees

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
